What this page cannot tell you
It is served from the same machine as the product, so a total outage takes this page with it: a status page that will not load is itself the answer. There is still no independently measured uptime figure and no incident history, and we would rather publish neither than publish a number the thing being measured worked out about itself.
Reporting a problem
If something isn't working, contact us with what you were doing and roughly when. Every action in the product is recorded in an audit log, so we can usually trace exactly what happened on your account.

Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately rather than through the contact form. See the security page for how we handle disclosure and what we do and don't claim about our security posture today.
