A chat bubble on your site, answered like a text.
One script tag, no third-party account. A visitor who opens the bubble is answered from the facts you approved, and the conversation arrives in the same inbox, on the same contact record, as a text or an email would.

What works today
- One script tag from your Integrations screen, pasted before the closing body tag of your site. It works on any website that lets you add a script: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, a page your developer built.
- The bubble sits bottom right and renders inside its own shadow root, so your site's stylesheet cannot break it and it cannot break your site.
- A visitor who opens it and types becomes a contact and a lead on their first message, and not before: opening the bubble and leaving creates nothing.
- The AI answers from your approved knowledge with the same guardrails as text, or drafts for a person to approve, whichever mode your agent is in. A visitor is never told which.
- A reload or a move to another page of your site keeps the same conversation. Closing the tab ends it. No cookie is set, so the bubble needs no consent banner of its own.
- Allowed origins, set on the Integrations screen, so your key only works on your own pages. Rotating the key breaks any page still using the old one, immediately.
- Replies from your team or your agent reach the visitor within a few seconds while their tab is open.
What's next
Attachments in either direction, a visitor typing indicator, and a way to name the bubble something other than Chat with us. Chat transcripts by email to the visitor are deliberately not planned until they can be tied to consent the visitor gave.
