See it work

Three real conversations.

Not a video, and not a feature it cannot do yet. These are the things Frontiva handles today, including the one where it decides not to answer.

Website chat, live today

A visitor asks a question at 9pm and books before they close the tab.

Answered, booked and recorded while the practice was closed, from facts somebody approved.

  1. Customer: hi, do you do teeth whitening? how much is it
  2. Frontiva: We do. Whitening is $299 and takes about an hour. Would you like me to find you a time?

Answered from your approved price list. Nothing invented.

  3. Customer: yes please, something after work
  4. Frontiva: I have Thursday at 5:30pm or Friday at 6pm with Dr Okafor. Which suits?

Real openings from your calendar, not a callback promise.

  5. Customer: thursday works
  6. Frontiva: Booked for Thursday 5:30pm. You will get a reminder the day before.

Appointment created. Contact and lead created on their first message.

Not a chatbot

One platform for the whole front desk, live today.

10 modules running in the product now. Each page says exactly what it does, and what it does not do yet.

How it works

Live in an afternoon, trusted in a week.

  1. 1

    Pick your industry

Your template seeds services, knowledge, qualifying questions and an agent tone for your kind of business. All of it is editable.

  2. 2

    Load what it may say

Add prices, hours and policies, and approve your FAQs. The AI answers from these and nothing else.

  3. 3

    Connect SMS and web chat

Use your own Twilio number, and put the chat widget on your site with one script tag.

  4. 4

    Go live supervised

Run the readiness suite, keep approval mode on while you watch, then give each agent more autonomy when it has earned it.

One enquiry, start to finish

The modules are one system, not eight tools.

An illustration of a single evening text moving through the product. Nobody on your team touched it, and every step is on the customer's record when somebody does.

  1. 9:02 pm

    A text arrives

“Hi, how much is a cleaning, and can I come in this week?”

  2. 9:02 pm

The AI answers from your facts

Price and length from Services, the booking link from Policies, with the source shown beside the reply.

  3. 9:02 pm

A lead is created and scored

Source, service value and urgency add up to a score you can read, and the lead goes to the teammate with the fewest open leads.

  4. 9:06 pm

    They book themselves

Thursday at 10:00 on your public booking page, against real availability, with the reminder box ticked.

  5. Wed 10:00 am

    A reminder goes out

The 24-hour SMS, sent because consent was recorded, and held until morning had it fallen in quiet hours.

  6. Any time after

    It shows up in analytics

One more appointment in the lead-to-appointment rate, credited to the campaign that brought them in.

Grounded, guarded, and honest about what it doesn't know.

The AI only answers from facts and FAQs you've approved. Deterministic guardrails catch prompt-injection attempts and sensitive topics before anything is even looked up. Run the readiness suite any time to see exactly where it stands.

Texting compliance in the send path, not in a policy document.

U.S. texting rules are enforced where messages are sent, so nobody has to remember them at 11pm.

One send check for every message

An automation, a reminder, the AI or a person typing: every outbound message passes one check for consent, opt-out, quiet hours, purpose and a per-contact frequency cap. A refusal names the rule.

STOP means stop, everywhere

A STOP is recorded against the number, not the thread, so it covers every conversation, including ones opened later. START and HELP are handled without the AI.

Reminders with evidence

Reminders go only to customers who ticked the consent box when booking, and the exact wording they agreed to is saved on their contact.

Replies at 11pm, reminders never at 3am

A reply to somebody who just wrote in goes out whenever they write. Reminders and sequences wait out your quiet hours, and can only ever move later.

Built for more than one location.

  • Every branch has its own address, timezone, staff rota and public booking page.
  • Owners switch between branches; each branch manager sees only their own calendar, staff and figures.
  • Contacts, leads and the inbox stay shared, so a customer who visits two branches is still one customer.

Questions owners ask first

What is Frontiva?

An AI front desk for U.S. service businesses. It answers texts and website chats from the facts you approve, turns every enquiry into a scored lead, lets customers book themselves into your real availability, sends reminders to customers who agreed, and keeps one record per customer.

Does the AI make things up?

No. It answers only from structured facts and FAQs you approved. If nothing matches, the question is logged as a knowledge gap for you to fill instead of being guessed, and every reply shows the source it came from.

Can it book appointments?

Customers book themselves on a public booking page per location, against real staff availability, and the database refuses double bookings. The AI does not book inside a text conversation yet; it can send the booking link from your knowledge.

Which channels work today?

SMS through your own Twilio account and Frontiva's website chat widget work end to end. Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp are wired and waiting on Meta's app review for self-serve connection. Email is not a channel yet.

Does it answer missed calls?

Missed call text back is built and tested, and waits on phone number provisioning before a business can use it. Until then, the AI answers texts and web chats.

How much does it cost?

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. Launch pricing is being finalized; the pricing page shows how the plans are structured.
