Missed Call Text Back Coming soon
Nobody who calls you should hear silence.
A text sits in an inbox until somebody answers it. A caller who hears six rings and voicemail is already dialling the next practice on the list. This turns an unanswered call into a text within seconds, so the person who called gets an answer instead of nothing.
Built and tested - waiting on phone number provisioning
What's shipping
- Already built: a record of every call the moment it arrives, forwarding rules per location that read your real opening hours, and an automatic text back when nobody picks up
- Already built: call recording is off by default and cannot be switched on without an announcement playing first - one switch, not two, because a product with two has a state where one is on and the other is off
- Already built: the text back goes through the same consent, opt-out and quiet-hours checks as every other outbound message
- Already built (September 2026): a Calls screen listing who rang, whether the text went out and when, and the reason it did not when a rule held it back. It will be empty until there is a number to ring, and it says so rather than showing an empty list
- Already built (September 2026): your dashboard counts how many missed calls came back, and counts a call as recovered only when the person actually replied. A text nobody answered recovered nobody, and reporting sends as results would be us marking our own homework
- Not yet: a phone number to ring. Provisioning and A2P 10DLC registration need a carrier account, and without a number there is nothing for a customer to use
