Every lead scored, assigned, and followed up. No spreadsheet required.
A new inbound contact becomes a lead automatically, in a pipeline, with a score you can see the reasoning behind.
How it works
A new contact becomes a lead automatically
The first time someone new reaches out, a lead is created in your default pipeline - no manual entry, nothing to remember to do.
It's scored, and you can see why
Source, service value, and urgency each contribute points, shown as a breakdown - never one opaque number you have to trust blindly.
It gets assigned and followed up
Assign manually or let least-loaded auto-assign balance the load across your active team, then add follow-up tasks with due dates.
A score you can explain
Source, service value, urgency - every point is accounted for.
Fair assignment
Least-loaded auto-assign keeps the team balanced without a manual rotation.
Tasks that surface
Due dates and an overdue view mean follow-up doesn't depend on memory.
- Configurable pipelines and stages - ships with New, Contacted, Qualified, Appointment Booked, Proposal, Won, Lost
- Rule-based scoring v1 with a visible breakdown: source, service value, urgency
- Manual assignment, least-loaded auto-assign, or routing rules you write: this service to this person, out of hours to whoever is on call
- Deleting a stage asks where its leads should go rather than taking them with it
- Follow-up tasks with due dates, and an overdue view so nothing slips
- Moving a lead to a Won stage marks the contact a customer automatically
- Every stage move, assignment, and task lands on the contact's timeline
Frequently asked questions
How is the lead score calculated?
Three signals, each worth points: where the lead came from, the value of the service they're interested in (when known), and how urgent their qualifying answers say it is. The breakdown is always visible - it's never a single number you have to take on faith.
Does the AI qualify leads automatically?
A new inbound contact is turned into a lead automatically. Full AI-driven intent classification and qualification-question extraction is on the roadmap; today's lead creation is a direct, reliable stand-in for it.
What happens when I mark a lead won?
Its status changes to won and the linked contact's lifecycle stage automatically becomes customer - one action, both records update.
Can I assign leads automatically?
Yes, two ways. Auto-assign gives a lead to whichever active team member currently has the fewest open leads. Or write routing rules: this service to this person, anything arriving out of hours to whoever is on call, everything else shared out. They are an ordered list and the first match wins, so you can always tell which rule sent a lead where.
What happens to a lead no rule matches?
It waits for somebody to claim it, which is what happens today with no rules at all. Rules put a name against a lead because you decided they should; we do not quietly assign everything to whoever is least busy, because then “assigned” stops meaning anybody has looked at it.
Can I delete a pipeline stage?
Yes, and it asks where the leads in it should go first. Moving them that way does not mark anybody won or lost and does not set off automations that watch for a stage change, so tidying up your pipeline cannot message your customers or invent a month of sales.
