This draft outlines the sections our Privacy Policy will cover. Final wording is pending legal review and will reflect applicable law (including U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA where they apply) before this page goes live as binding.
Information we collect
Account and business information you provide at signup, and where your first visit to our website came from; how our website is used, if you allow analytics (both described in our Cookie Policy); conversation content when you communicate with a Frontiva-powered business; usage data about how the product is used.
When you send our demo or contact form, sign up, or sign in, we also keep a record of that visit: your IP address, the approximate city, region and country that address points to, the network it belongs to, your browser and device as your browser describes them, your language and time zone settings, your screen size, and how long the form took and whether anything was typed into it. Approximate locations come from the DB-IP Lite database and are often only the city of your internet provider. We use this to keep spam and fraud out, to spot duplicate accounts, and to help our team follow up on the right business. It is not used for advertising.
When you tell us about your business on a form (its name, website, industry and location), we keep that with your contact details in our own customer records.
How we use information
To provide and improve the product, to power the AI agent's grounded answers, for security and fraud prevention, and to communicate with you about your account.
How we share information
With subprocessors necessary to run the service (see our Security page), with Google for website analytics when you allow it, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
How to access, correct, export, or delete your data; how to opt out of messaging (see SMS Terms).
Data retention
How long we keep different categories of data, and how deletion requests are handled. Full IP addresses recorded with form submissions, signups and sign-ins are kept for 90 days, then shortened to the network they belong to (for example, the last part of the address is removed).
