Frontiva provides AI-assisted text messaging for the U.S. service businesses that use our platform ("Customers"). When you text a Customer's Frontiva-powered number, you may receive automated and human replies related to your inquiry - appointment scheduling, questions about services, and follow-up related to your conversation.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the business you're messaging. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from that number. You'll receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to resume.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business you're messaging directly. For questions about Frontiva as the platform provider, email support@frontivatech.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
