- Your AI agent answers DMs from your approved knowledge, with the same guardrails as SMS.
- Staff can reply to an Instagram thread from Frontiva, and AI drafts can be approved and sent.
- Comments on your posts can trigger a private-reply acknowledgment.
- Meta webhook signature verification on every inbound event.
What's next
A self-serve connect flow (Meta Embedded Signup) is still to come, and sends outside Meta's messaging window need message tags that are not modeled yet.
