What this site uses
This marketing site sets no cookies unless you allow analytics. It stores a few small entries in your browser's local storage, described below, and we list them here because the laws that govern cookies generally govern any storage on your device - not only the kind technically called a cookie.
What we store, and why
When you arrive, we record how you got here: the referring site and any campaign parameters in the address (for example utm_source=google), the page you landed on, and the time. Two entries are kept - your first visit and your most recent one.
They leave your browser only if you submit the demo or contact form, or follow a Start Free link, so that we know which of our own pages and campaigns actually help people find us. A form sends both entries. Start Free carries only the source, medium and campaign of your first visit, in the address of our sign-up page. If you do neither, nothing about your visit ever leaves your browser: we do not send it anywhere on page load, and there is no record of your visit on our servers.
Neither entry contains anything you typed, and neither is shared with an advertising network. To clear them, clear site data for this domain in your browser; the site works exactly the same way without them.
A third entry remembers your answer to the analytics question below, so we do not ask on every page. It holds only “allowed” or “not allowed”.
On the sign-up page
Our sign-up page, in the Frontiva app, keeps the same two entries for its own visits and sends them only when you create an account. We keep a short note of where your first visit came from, such as “google / cpc” or “(direct)”, on your business's record, where our own team can see it.
The booking pages that businesses share with their customers keep a separate pair of entries for each business, so a visit to one business's page is never reported to another.
Essential cookies
None today. Anything strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, remembering a dismissed announcement banner) would not require consent under most cookie laws, but would still be listed here.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and campaigns help people find us. It runs only if you choose Allow analytics in the banner at the bottom of the page. Until you choose, and if you choose No thanks, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
If you allow it, Google sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_RYBZCD7T4Z, which can last up to two years, and records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Google handles this data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
To change your answer, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Choosing No thanks after allowing analytics stops it straight away and deletes the two cookies. No other third-party scripts run on this site.
